Positive and reverse threaded connection: It is used in situations where the reinforcing bars cannot rotate at all and the internal forces of the reinforcing bars need to be adjusted, such as construction joints, post-poured strips, etc. The connecting sleeve is equipped with forward and reverse threads. The process flow of steel bar rolling straight thread connection: steel bar cutting → rolling thread → thread end inspection → on-site thread connection.
Operation process: The straight thread connection of steel bars by rolling is achieved by using a dedicated rolling machine to roll the ends of the steel bars, and the thread is formed in one go. The steel bars are rolled into threads. The material at the bottom of the threads is not cut off but extruded out, increasing the original diameter. After rolling, the material of the thread hardens, and its strength increases by approximately 6% to 8%, significantly reducing the weakening of the base material by the thread. Its tensile strength is 97% to 100% of that of the base material, and its strength performance is very stable.
