Expansion bolts are mainly composed of bolts, expansion tubes (jackets), flat washers, spring washers and nuts. The core principle is as follows: When the nut is tightened, the bolt is pulled outward, and the expansion tube is compressed and expands outward, closely adhering to the wall or base material, thereby generating friction to fix the object.

It is usually expressed as "bolt diameter × length", such as M6×60 (bolt diameter 6mm, total length 60mm), and it needs to match the corresponding hole diameter (for example, M6 corresponds to φ8mm hole).

Installation method of expansion bolts:
1. Mark the punching position → 2. Drill the hole with an impact drill (the depth is slightly longer than the length of the expansion tube) → 3. Clean the debris inside the hole → 4. Insert the expansion bolt → 5. Tighten the nut until the expansion tube is fixed.


Installation is convenient, no pre-drilled threads are required. It is suitable for various substrates.
The load-bearing capacity is high and it can be disassembled repeatedly (for some types).
